Dual-socket 2U server for virtualization

This 2U rackmount server ships with two Intel Xeon E5-2667 v4 processors running at 3.2 GHz with eight cores each. It includes 16 GB of DDR4 2400 MHz registered ECC memory across 24 DIMM slots. The system is built for enterprise compute tasks such as virtualization, database management and cloud workloads.

12 hot-swap 3.5″ drive bays

The chassis provides twelve front-accessible 3.5″ bays for SATA or SAS drives. Storage is managed by an LSI MegaRAID 9361-8i controller with 1 GB cache and battery backup supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. No drives are installed.

Quad 10GBase-T networking

Four RJ45 10GBase-T ports are provided by an Intel X540 controller on a dedicated add-in card. A dedicated RJ45 IPMI 2.0 port enables KVM-over-LAN and virtual media. Dual hot-swap 1000 W titanium-efficiency power supplies deliver redundancy. Front bezel and rack rails are not included.
