This A-Tech kit provides 128GB of DDR5 memory as two 64GB modules. It runs at 4800MHz with CL40 latency and operates at 1.10V. The modules are ECC registered (EC8 RDIMM) with a 2Rx4 rank configuration on a 288-pin form factor.

Suits Dell 16th Gen rack and tower servers.

This memory is validated for Dell PowerEdge T560, R660, R660xs, R6615, R6625, R760, R760xa, R760xd2, R760xs, R7615, R7625, R860 and R960 systems. It is ECC registered memory and will not work in desktop or laptop platforms that require non-ECC unbuffered modules.

The EC8 RDIMM registered ECC specification decides

The modules implement the EC8 RDIMM standard with registered buffering and on-die ECC. Your server must support DDR5 RDIMM memory with this specific ECC type. Mixing speeds is possible but the system will run at the slowest installed module speed.
