This 128GB DDR4 2933MHz ECC LRDIMM module targets servers needing high-density registered memory. Operating at 1.20V DDR4 standard voltage, the module draws typical power for its density and speed. The load-reduced design lowers electrical load on the memory bus without adding a heat spreader. Passive cooling relies on chassis airflow; no active noise is generated by the memory itself.
The 1x128GB form factor occupies one 288-pin DDR4 slot, leaving other channels open for further expansion. ECC and load-reduced buffering require a platform that supports LRDIMM at 2933MHz with CL21 latency.
