DDR3 1333 interface limits

The PC3-10600 standard caps transfer rates at 1333 MT/s and CL9 latency, so bandwidth is fixed by the memory controller of the host system. ECC error correction adds reliability for data integrity but does not increase raw speed beyond the DDR3 1333 specification.
