This 16GB kit contains two 8GB registered DIMMs built for Dell PowerEdge 12th generation rack servers. It targets administrators who need to expand memory capacity on supported platforms without changing voltage or form factor.

Fits 240-pin DDR3 slots in listed servers

The modules install directly into the 240-pin DDR3 sockets of the R320, R420, R420xr, R520, R620, R720, R720xd, R820 and R920. Registered buffering and ECC free the memory controller from parity duties and allow higher densities per channel.

Runs at 1.5V with CL11 latency
