The 288 pin DIMM fits standard DDR4 server slots and operates at the DDR4 standard voltage of 1.2 V. Because it is a registered dual rank 2Rx4 module, the platform memory controller must support registered ECC RDIMMs; installing it in a board that only accepts unbuffered memory will prevent the system from posting.
