Installation Notes

The module uses a standard 288-pin DDR4 DIMM form factor and seats like any DIMM, but the octal-rank 3DS/TSV architecture means the memory controller must support load-reduced operation. A common issue is inserting the stick into a slot or channel the firmware does not populate for LRDIMM, which results in a no-post condition. Follow the system manual for correct channel population and BIOS settings.
