This 32GB DDR4 2666 module is an ECC Load Reduced DIMM built for registered server and workstation platforms. It operates at 1.2V with a CL19 latency and a 2Rx4 rank configuration across 288 pins. The module is not compatible with desktop or laptop computers.
The load reduced architecture buffers the data and address buses to lower the electrical load on the memory controller. This allows the 2Rx4 dual rank x4 organisation to maintain stable throughput at DDR4 2666 speeds during extended workloads. ECC protection corrects single-bit errors without interrupting operation.
Standard DDR4 1.2V operation keeps power draw modest for a 32GB registered module. Passive cooling via server airflow is sufficient because the LRDIMM buffer reduces signal drive current. No active cooling or additional voltage is required for normal use.
