This kit contains two 32GB registered DIMMs that run at DDR4 3200 speed with CL22 latency. It is built for servers and workstations that require ECC error correction and registered signal buffering. The modules operate at the standard 1.2V DDR4 voltage.

Installation Notes

Each module uses the standard 288-pin DIMM form factor and slots into compatible DDR4 RDIMM sockets. Because the memory is registered and ECC-enabled, the host platform must explicitly support registered DIMMs; desktop or laptop boards will not accept these modules. Follow the system manual for correct channel population order.
