Server-grade DDR5 ECC UDIMM kit

This A-Tech kit provides 64 GB of DDR5 4800 memory in two 32 GB unbuffered ECC modules. It is built for servers and workstations that require error-correcting UDIMM memory. The dual-rank x8 organisation and CL40 latency support multi-channel operation. Desktop and laptop systems cannot use these modules.

Sustained throughput with error correction

Under continuous load the ECC function detects and corrects single-bit errors without halting the system. Dual-rank density keeps all channels populated for consistent bandwidth during long compute jobs. The 1.10 V operating voltage remains stable across extended sessions. No heat spreader is fitted, so airflow across the bare PCBs is required.
