The Acumen Disc AD23-USB is a standalone USB flash drive duplicator that copies one source to 23 targets simultaneously. It operates without a host computer, software or warm-up period, using a built-in 128MB buffer and multi-core processor to manage each channel independently.

High-volume duplication and sanitisation needs

This unit suits organisations that must replicate or securely erase large batches of USB-IF compliant Type-A flash drives (USB 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and newer). It does not support externally connected USB devices, so buyers who need to duplicate USB hard drives or other non-pen-drive media should look elsewhere.

Sustained asynchronous throughput

Each of the 23 channels copies directly from the internal buffer, allowing asynchronous operation so cycles need not start or end together.
