The AFRNDK L3+ is a Scrypt algorithm miner built for Litecoin and Dogecoin using 288 BM1485 ASIC chips arranged across four hashing boards. It delivers a nominal hash rate of 504 MH/s with a tolerance of +/- 5 percent. The unit ships with a Bitmain APW3 power supply and is intended for operators who want a single integrated mining appliance. Buyers who need a different algorithm or who want GPU flexibility will not be served by this device.

Efficiency and Power Limits at the Wall

Power draw is rated at 800 W at the wall with a plus or minus 10 percent variance when paired with the supplied 93 percent efficient APW3 PSU. The resulting energy efficiency is 1.6 J/MH, also subject to a 10 percent margin. DC input voltage must stay between 11.60 V and 13.00 V. Operating temperature range is 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and the miner connects to the network via Ethernet only. Environments that exceed the temperature ceiling or lack stable voltage will reduce reliability.

Rack Installation and Thermal Management

The chassis measures 352 mm long, 130 mm wide and 187.5 mm high with an aluminium alloy frame and independent heat sinks on every chip. Double front and rear fans provide forced airflow through the compact structure.
