Sustained 200 W operation with 192 MB L3

At the rated 200 W TDP the processor maintains its 2.2 GHz base clock across all 48 cores without throttling. The 192 MB L3 cache and 24 MB L2 cache keep working sets close to the execution units, reducing latency during long-running jobs. Turbo to 3.3 GHz is available when thermal headroom allows, but continuous all-core loads will sit at the base frequency.

SP3 installation requires separate cooler
