16 GB DDR4-2933 ECC SoDIMM

This 16 GB DDR4 module runs at 2933 MHz with a CAS latency of CL21 and operates at 1.20 V. It uses the 260-pin SoDIMM form factor and includes on-board error-correcting code for data integrity. The part is RoHS certified and sold in new condition.

ECC and SoDIMM form factor

Error-correcting code detects and corrects single-bit errors to reduce silent data corruption in workloads that cannot tolerate faults. The 260-pin SoDIMM layout fits only slots wired for this smaller outline, so it cannot be used in standard full-size DIMM sockets.

DDR4-2933 speed ceiling

The DDR4-2933 standard caps transfer rates at 23466 MB/s, limiting bandwidth for memory-intensive tasks that scale with higher clock speeds.
