Quad-core Alpine AL524 with native 10 GbE

A 2.04 GHz Annapurna Labs processor and 8 GB of DDR4 memory drive the storage engine, while one 10 GbE and two 1 GbE RJ-45 ports handle network traffic. Four USB ports — two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 — provide direct-attached expansion or backup targets. The platform supports VMware and Windows Server 2022 certification for virtualisation workloads.

Snapshot backup and cloud-tiering built in

AES-256 volume encryption, two-factor authentication and snapshot technology protect data against ransomware and accidental deletion.
