This 4 GB DDR3 module is built for HP Pavilion P7-1246S, P7-1261, P7-1370T and P7-1380T desktops. It installs in a 240-pin DIMM slot and runs at 1600 MHz with CL11 timings. The stick is unbuffered, non-ECC and operates at 1.5 V.
Buyers whose motherboards require ECC or registered memory cannot use this module. It is also unsuitable for laptops or any platform that uses SO-DIMM form factors. Systems limited to a lower maximum capacity than 8 GB should verify their limit before purchase.

The module is rated for DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) at 1.5V with CL11 timing. The system will negotiate the highest common speed with any installed DIMM, so mixed kits may run slower than 1600MHz.
