The COUGAR FORZA 85 is a single-tower CPU air cooler built around a 120 mm fan with a hydro-dynamic bearing. It stands 160 mm tall and weighs 1160 g with the fan fitted. Six 6 mm copper heat pipes use direct-touch technology to draw heat from the processor into the aluminium fin stack.

Builders needing broad socket support

Compatibility covers Intel LGA 115X, 1366, 1200, 1700, 2011 and 2066 plus AMD AM4, FM2, FM1, AM3+, AM3, AM2+ and AM2. The 4-pin PWM connector allows automatic speed control from 600 to 2000 RPM. Buyers whose case cannot clear 160 mm or who want a dual-fan kit in the box should look elsewhere.

120 mm HDB fan at 2000 RPM max

The included MHP 120 fan spins up to 2000 RPM and pushes 82.48 CFM at a maximum of 31.68 dB(A). Fins are bent 90 degrees at both ends to guide airflow through the 85 x 135 mm heatsink face. A second 120 mm fan can be added for push-pull operation.
