Does the 7090 tower require a separate monitor, keyboard and mouse to operate?

The specification states "Monitor not included" while a USB keyboard and USB mouse are included in the box. You must supply your own display via DisplayPort or the USB-C video output.

Can I keep using my older DisplayPort 1.2 monitors with the two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs?

Yes. DisplayPort 1.4 is backward compatible with 1.2 displays. Both ports on the 7090 will drive legacy monitors at their native resolutions without adapters.
