The monitor is not included with this tower. You will need to connect your own display using one of the two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs on the rear panel.

Yes. The front panel provides two USB 2.0 ports, one of which supports PowerShare, so legacy keyboards and mice will work without an adapter.
