The Dell OptiPlex 7470 integrates a 23.8" Full HD multi-touch IPS panel with an Intel Core i5-9500 processor, 32 GB DDR4 memory and dual storage of 256 GB M.2 SSD plus 1 TB hard drive. It ships with Windows 10 Pro, a USB keyboard and mouse, and includes a 630 integrated graphics engine, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth 5 and a 3-in-1 card reader for office deployment.

Bundled input devices and OS readiness

A wired keyboard and mouse are included so the system is operational immediately after unboxing. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed and activated, removing the need for separate licensing or media creation. The integrated webcam and microphone support conferencing without extra peripherals, while the Type-C gen2 and multiple USB 3.1 ports accommodate common accessories.

Limits of the integrated graphics and fixed platform

Intel UHD Graphics 630 handles desktop productivity and video playback but is not suited to 3D rendering, CAD or modern gaming workloads. The all-in-one form factor prevents discrete GPU upgrades and restricts internal storage expansion to the existing M.2 and 2.5" bays. Memory uses SODIMM 204-pin DDR4 modules; the installed 32 GB configuration leaves no headroom for further increases without replacing modules.
