Tool-less drive bays and redundant power

Eight 2.5-inch hot-plug bays accept SAS or SATA drives and the H330 controller supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and 60; drives and trays are not included so they must be sourced separately. Dual 750W hot-swap power supplies provide redundancy, and the chassis uses tool-less rails for quick rack installation, although the 58lb weight means two people or a lift are advisable.

PCIe 3.0 expansion and 1GbE networking

The system offers up to three PCIe 3.0 slots plus a dedicated PERC slot for additional controllers or networking cards. Onboard networking is limited to four 1GbE ports via the daughter card; 10GbE requires an optional NDC upgrade.
