Two Xeon E5-2683 v4 processors deliver 32 cores at 2.1 GHz with 3.0 GHz turbo. 256 GB of DDR4 ECC memory across 24 slots supports up to 1.5 TB total capacity.

The PERC H730 controller handles RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 plus pass-through at 12 Gb/s. Twenty-four 2.5-inch drive bays accept SATA and SAS media, but the interface tops out at 6 Gb/s per device. Network connectivity uses a quad-port daughter card with two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ links.
