The system ships with 256 GB of DDR4-2400 registered ECC memory across 24 slots, leaving room to grow to 3 TB. A PERC H730P controller with 2 GB cache manages up to eight 2.5-inch SAS or SATA drive bays, supporting RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60.

Redundant platinum power supplies

Two hot-swap 750 W platinum-efficiency PSUs share the load and keep the server running if one unit fails. The integrated iDRAC 9 Enterprise module provides out-of-band monitoring, firmware updates and virtual console access over a dedicated network port, so administrators can manage the hardware even when the operating system is offline. Quad-port networking combines two 1 GbE and two 10 Gb SFP+ connections on a single daughter card.

Included rails, bezel and battery-backed controller

ReadyRails sliding rails and a front bezel are supplied for immediate rack installation.
