The PERC H730P supports SAS and SATA drives, and the server has eight 2.5" bays, so your 2.5" SATA SSDs will fit and be recognised.

How can I verify the four Xeon Gold 5118 processors and 768GB of DDR4 are all detected after installation?

During POST the BIOS will list each of the four 12-core CPUs and show 768GB total memory; iDRAC9 Enterprise also reports the full inventory in its System Overview page.

Does the shipment include SFP+ modules for the X520 10GbE ports and the rails for rack mounting?

The box contains the server, two 1600W PSUs, ready rails, front bezel and the X520/I350 daughter card; SFP+ transceivers are not included and must be purchased separately.
