This Dell Precision T7910 tower workstation is built around a single Intel Xeon E5-2660 v4 processor with fourteen cores and twenty-eight threads via Hyperthreading. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 ECC memory and a 500GB 7.2K SATA hard drive. The Nvidia NVS 310 graphics card provides dual DisplayPort outputs for multi-monitor setups. Windows 10 Pro 64-bit comes pre-installed.

1300W 90% efficient power supply

A 1300W power supply with 90% efficiency and active power factor correction delivers stable power to the CPU and storage subsystem. The tower chassis uses Dell's engineered airflow path to move heat away from the processor and drive bays without excessive fan noise. In typical office or render-farm workloads the system runs at a low acoustic level suitable for a desk-side position. No liquid cooling or supplemental fans are required.

Tool-less chassis with flexible drive and GPU

The black tower case offers tool-less access to sixteen DIMM slots, four 3.5-inch or eight 2.5-inch SATA/SAS bays and up to four M.2 PCIe slots when an optional controller is added. Integrated LSI SAS 3008 and Intel SATA controllers support software RAID 0, 1 and 10 across eight drives. A DVD-RW drive occupies one 5.25-inch bay. The NVS 310 occupies a single slot leaving full-length PCIe slots free for future GPU or accelerator cards.
