The Dell Precision T7910 tower ships with a single Intel Xeon E5-2640 v4 processor delivering ten cores at 2.4 GHz and twenty threads through hyperthreading. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 ECC memory and a new 500 GB SATA SSD provide a ready platform for professional workloads. The Nvidia NVS 310 graphics card adds dual DisplayPort outputs for multi-monitor setups. No operating system is included.

The black tower form factor houses a 1300 watt power supply rated at ninety percent efficiency with active power factor correction. Integrated storage controllers include an LSI SAS 3008 twelve-gigabit SAS controller supporting software RAID zero, one and ten across up to eight drives plus two Intel six-gigabit SATA ports for optical devices. Drive bays accept up to four M.2 PCIe SSDs and either four 3.5 inch or eight 2.5 inch SATA or SAS drives. A DVD-RW drive is fitted as standard.
