Add four USB 3.0 ports
This PCIe x1 expansion card adds two USB-C and two USB-A ports to a desktop computer. It uses a NEC chipset and draws power directly from the slot without an external cable. The board fits x1, x4, x8 or x16 slots and supports Windows 7 through 11 plus Mac OS 10.8.2 and above.
5 Gbps shared bandwidth
All four ports share a maximum data rate of 5.0 Gbps under the USB 3.0 standard. Actual throughput depends on the connected device and system configuration. The card is backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1 peripherals.
Driver CD and mounting screws included
A mini-CD supplies drivers for Windows 7, Vista, XP and Server 2008; Windows 10, 11 and Mac OS 10.8.2 work without extra software. The package also contains installation screws and a user manual for physical fitting.
