850 W Gold semi-modular ATX power supply

The EVGA 850 GQ delivers 850 W of continuous power through a single +12 V rail rated at 70.8 A. It uses a semi-modular cable layout so only the essential 24-pin motherboard connector is fixed; all peripheral cables can be added as needed. The unit carries 80 PLUS Gold certification with typical efficiency of 90% at 115 VAC and 92% at 220-240 VAC.

180 mm depth limits case compatibility

At 180 mm long the power supply fits most mid-tower and full-tower chassis but may not suit compact cases designed for shorter units. Active PFC accepts a universal input range of 100-240 V at 50/60 Hz so the same unit works worldwide without a voltage switch. Over-voltage protection is built in to guard connected components.

135 mm fluid-dynamic fan with ECO mode

A 135 mm fluid-dynamic bearing fan provides cooling and stays completely stationary until internal temperatures reach a defined threshold. EVGA ECO Intelligent Thermal Control keeps the supply silent at low to medium loads while 100% Japanese capacitors support long-term reliability.
