The board targets builders who want a full-size ATX foundation for AMD Ryzen 7000 8000 and 9000 series processors. Four DDR5 slots accept up to 256 GB in dual-channel mode with EXPO and XMP 3.0 profiles. A 16 plus 2 plus 2 phase VRM uses 80 A smart power stages to feed the CPU cleanly.

PCIe 5.0 x16 and three CPU-linked M.2 slots

The top graphics slot runs at PCIe 5.0 x16 when paired with Ryzen 9000 or 7000 CPUs. Three M.2 connectors wired to the CPU support PCIe 5.0 x4 drives in 2280 22110 25110 and 2580 form factors. The chipset adds a PCIe 4.0 x4 slot and a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot plus four SATA 6 Gb/s ports.
