The HP ProLiant DL360 Gen9 is a 1U rack server built for dense deployments. It ships with a single Intel Xeon E5-2640 v3 eight-core processor running at 2.6 GHz and 8 GB of DDR4 memory. Two 1 TB 7.2K SAS drives and a Smart HBA H240ar controller provide storage. Dual 500 W redundant power supplies support uptime.

Sustained load runs on dual redundant power supplies

Under continuous demand the twin 500 W hot-swap power supplies share the load and maintain operation if one unit fails. The Smart HBA H240ar handles RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 across the SAS drives without a battery-backed cache. The Matrox G200 graphics controller provides basic console output only. No operating system is included.
