Redundant power and eight hot-swap bays

Two 500 W hot-swap power supplies provide redundancy without shutting down the rack. Eight 2.5-inch SFF drive bays accept SATA drives managed by the onboard B140i software RAID controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10. Two drive trays with screws are included; drives and operating system must be supplied separately.

Single-socket limit defines expansion ceiling

The board is populated with one CPU and the memory controller is already saturated at the 64 GB installed capacity for this processor. Buyers who need more than 64 GB of RAM or more than twelve physical cores must add the second supported processor and populate its dedicated DIMM slots.
