Redundant power and open drive bays

Two 500 W hot-swap power supplies provide redundancy without extra cabling. The chassis holds eight 2.5-inch SAS bays; two are filled with 600 GB 15 K drives, leaving six bays free for additional capacity or mixed workloads.

H240ar controller enables flexible RAID

The Smart HBA H240ar supports RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60 across 12 Gb SAS and 6 Gb SATA links. No operating system is included, so administrators can deploy their preferred hypervisor or bare-metal stack immediately.
