Ensure your operating system and hypervisor support the Intel C610 chipset and the Matrox G200eH2 graphics output. The server arrives without an operating system, so licences and installation media must be prepared separately.

Fits standard 2U racks with room to grow

The 24 SFF drive bays accept additional 2.5-inch SAS drives, and an optional rear cage adds two more bays without increasing rack height. Dual redundant power supplies free a second circuit for failover while leaving the front bays fully accessible. The P440 controller’s 4 GB flash-backed write cache accelerates write-heavy workloads and protects data during power loss. Memory can scale to 3 TB using the 24 DIMM slots, allowing the platform to grow from basic virtualisation to memory-intensive databases.
