ProCurve 1500W AC Power Supply

The HPE ProCurve J9306A is a proprietary 1500W AC power supply designed for HP ProCurve zl-series PoE switches. It delivers up to 600W for switch operation and additional power for PoE+ ports depending on the input voltage range.

Built for zl-series PoE switch deployments

This unit suits network administrators upgrading or replacing power supplies in compatible HP ProCurve 5412, 5400, 8200 and 8212 chassis. It is not suitable for non-zl series switches, standard ATX chassis or any device requiring a different proprietary form factor or connector.

1500W total output with voltage-dependent PoE+

At 110-127V input the supply provides 300W for PoE+ alongside 600W for the switch; at 200-240V the PoE+ budget rises to 900W. The 1500W ceiling limits total connected PoE+ devices, so high-density port populations may exceed the available power budget.
