PCIe 3.0 x2 Interface Limits

The drive connects through a PCIe 3.0 x2 interface using NVMe protocol. Sequential reads reach up to 1200 MBps while sequential writes reach up to 290 MBps. Random 4KB performance reaches up to 240,000 IOPS for reads and up to 65,000 IOPS for writes. Read latency is 7 µs and write latency is 18 µs.

M.2 2280 Build and Daily Use
