It runs at a 3.2 GHz base frequency with a 3.60 GHz maximum turbo and includes 12MB of L3 cache. This unit suits single-socket or dual-socket servers handling virtualization, cloud workloads or database tasks.

DDR4 2933 eight-channel memory and PCIe 4.0 lanes

The integrated memory controller supports DDR4 2933 across eight channels, capping memory bandwidth at that speed. PCI Express revision 4.0 provides up to 64 lanes for add-in cards, storage controllers or accelerators. Platforms requiring faster memory speeds, more channels or PCIe 5.0 connectivity cannot use this processor.
