Universal SATA IDE Adapter

The Jansicotek SA28 connects 2.5 and 3.5 inch SATA or IDE hard drives and optical drives to a USB 3.0 port. It supports drives up to 10 TB and allows three drives to operate simultaneously. The kit includes a 12V 2A power adapter and a 4-pin power cable for 3.5 inch IDE devices. It is built for data recovery, duplication and backup tasks.

Sustained Transfer Behaviour

USB 3.0 provides data rates up to 5 Gbps and remains backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1. The adapter supports hot swapping so drives can be changed without a reboot. An automatic sleep mode activates after 30 minutes of inactivity to conserve power during long copy sessions. Driver-free operation works on Windows XP through 10 and Mac OS.

Thermals Noise Power

The external 12V 2A power supply delivers stable current to attached drives without drawing excessive load from the host USB port. An on/off switch lets you cut power to a drive instantly for protection. An LED indicator shows power and activity status at a glance. The adapter runs silently with no moving parts of its own.
