32 GB DDR5 registered ECC DIMM running at 5600 MHz with CL46 latency for server workloads
Option Hynix, Full Lock
This 32 GB registered ECC DIMM targets data-centre, cloud and system-integrator workloads where data integrity and locked bill-of-materials consistency are required. It operates at DDR5 5600 with a CAS latency of CL46 and runs at 1.10 V.
The module uses a 288-pin DDR5 interface and includes on-board register and ECC circuitry, making it suitable only for platforms that support registered memory and ECC correction. Intel XMP 2.0 profiles are provided for validated speed configuration.
Without a heat spreader the module relies on chassis airflow for cooling at its standard 1.10 V operating voltage. Registered buffering adds slight latency but reduces electrical load on the memory controller, keeping power draw predictable under sustained server loads.

The module runs at DDR5 5600, delivering a peak data rate of PC5-44800 when the platform supports that frequency.
Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, and ECC corrects single-bit errors, but the motherboard must support registered DDR5 DIMMs.
It uses the standard 288-pin DDR5 form factor, so it fits any server board with DDR5 registered DIMM slots.
