KC600 mSATA 1TB SSD

The Kingston KC600 is an internal solid-state drive built in the mSATA form factor with a 1TB capacity. It uses 3D TLC NAND and a SATA III interface to deliver fast boot, load and transfer times for consumer laptops and compact desktops. A 1GB DRAM cache and the SM2259 controller support sustained performance during everyday workloads. Hardware-based AES 256-bit encryption with TCG Opal and eDrive compliance protects stored data.

As a SATA SSD with no moving parts the drive runs silently and generates minimal heat under normal use. Power draw stays low, which helps preserve battery life in mobile systems and keeps thermal load light in small-form-factor enclosures. Build quality and connectors

The mSATA module measures 50.80mm by 29.85mm with a 4.85mm height, fitting the standard mini-SATA slot found in many ultrabooks and embedded boards. A SATA 3.0 edge connector provides backwards compatibility with SATA 2.0 and 1.0 hosts. No cables or drive bays are required; the board mounts directly with a single screw. The bare PCB design keeps weight low and leaves clearance for tight chassis layouts.
