Bluetooth Low Energy requirement

Before ordering, confirm your Mac runs macOS 10.15 or later, iPadOS 14 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later, as Bluetooth Low Energy is required. The keyboard connects directly via Bluetooth up to 33 ft with no receiver included. It is also compatible with a separate Logi Bolt USB receiver, though Logi Bolt products will not pair with older Logitech Unifying receivers. No mechanical switches or palm rest are present.

Logi Options+ Smart Actions

The included USB-C to USB-C cable handles charging only. Installing the Logi Options+ app unlocks programmable function keys and Smart Actions, letting you trigger multi-step shortcuts with a single keystroke. Smart Illumination detects your hands to activate backlighting automatically. Multi-device pairing lets you switch between up to three Apple devices. The keyboard contains recycled plastic but ships without a mouse or numeric keypad.
