Dual-Bay 3.5" SATA RAID Enclosure

The MAIWO K35262C accepts two 3.5-inch SATA I, II or III hard drives up to 18TB each for a combined 36TB. Aluminium construction and a built-in fan dissipate heat during sustained operation. A 48W power adapter supplies stable current to both bays. Tool-free trays make drive swaps quick.

USB 3.1 Gen 2 10Gbps Interface Limit

The USB 3.1 Gen 2 connection tops out at 10Gbps, while each SATA III drive can deliver 6Gbps. In RAID 0 the combined throughput can saturate the link, so sustained transfers will not exceed the USB ceiling. UASP support reduces protocol overhead but cannot raise the physical bandwidth. RAID 1 and Large modes operate well within the limit.

Hardware RAID Mode Selector

A physical switch chooses between RAID 0, RAID 1, Large (JBOD) and Normal (independent) modes without software. The enclosure presents the selected array to the host as a single volume or two separate drives. No driver installation is required on Windows, macOS or Linux. Mode changes require a reboot to take effect.
