This Micro-ATX motherboard uses the Intel B360 chipset and an LGA 1151 socket to support 8th and 9th Generation Core i7, i5 and i3 processors. It targets builders who want a compact foundation for a mainstream gaming or productivity system without overclocking features. Four DDR4 slots accept up to 64GB of memory running at 2666, 2400 or 2133 MHz in dual-channel mode.
Military-class parts and versatile I/O
The board is built with military-class components for durability and includes Gaming LED accents. Two full-size PCI Express 3.0 x16 slots and two x1 slots give room for a graphics card plus add-in cards such as capture or sound devices. Storage connectivity covers four SATA 6Gb/s ports and two M.2 sockets, with Intel Optane memory ready for caching. Rear video outputs comprise HDMI, DisplayPort and DVI, all driven by the processor’s integrated graphics.
B360 platform limits and connectivity
The B360 chipset locks the CPU multiplier, so overclocking is not possible on this platform. Memory speed tops out at the official DDR4 2666 standard even if faster modules are installed. Networking relies on a single Intel I219-V controller delivering 1Gbps Ethernet, while audio uses the Realtek ALC892 codec for 7.1-channel output. Only six USB ports are provided in total, with two operating at USB 3.1 speeds.
