This Intel B660 motherboard fits the LGA 1700 socket and accepts 12th Generation Intel Core, Pentium Gold and Celeron processors. Dual-channel DDR4 support and extensive rear I/O

Four memory slots accept dual-channel DDR4 up to 128GB with JEDEC speeds from 2133 to 3200 and a long list of overclocked profiles up to 4800. Rear connectivity includes one USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port at 20Gbps, five USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports at 10Gbps, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports at 5Gbps, 2.5Gbps LAN and 7.1-channel audio driven by the Realtek ALC1220P codec. A pre-installed I/O shield simplifies installation.

PCIe 4.0 primary slot and six SATA 3.0 ports

The top PCIe x16 slot runs at PCIe 4.0 from the CPU while the second x16 slot and the single x1 slot operate at PCIe 3.0 from the chipset. Storage options include three M.2 interfaces and six SATA 3.0 ports with RAID support. Bandwidth for the chipset-linked slots and M.2 interfaces is limited to PCIe 3.0 lanes, so the fastest graphics cards and drives should use the primary slot.
