The MSI MPG 491CQP QD-OLED is a 49-inch curved gaming monitor built around a 32:9 DQHD panel. It targets enthusiasts who want an ultrawide field of view without the bezels of a dual-mount setup. The QD-OLED layer combines a blue self-emitting layer with Quantum Dot colour conversion for deep blacks and vibrant hues. The 5120 x 1440 resolution delivers dual-QHD pixel density across the 32:9 aspect ratio. A 144 Hz refresh rate pairs with a 0.03 ms GtG response time and ClearMR 8000 certification to keep motion sharp. Typical brightness reaches 250 nits while VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400 enables deeper highlight detail in dark scenes. Colour coverage spans 98% Adobe RGB, 99% DCI-P3 and 146% sRGB with Delta E ≤ 2 accuracy. The fanless graphene-film heatsink manages thermals silently.
KVM, Console Mode HDMI 2.1 and USB Hub Integration
A built-in KVM switch lets one keyboard and mouse control multiple systems connected to the monitor. Console Mode provides an HDMI 2.1 port with full 48 Gbps bandwidth for variable refresh rate on current consoles. The Gaming Intelligence App moves OSD adjustments to software for faster setup. USB hub functionality activates extra downstream ports when the upstream link to a PC is connected. The stand offers height, swivel and tilt adjustment for ergonomic positioning.

The screen is 49 inches diagonally with an 1800R curve. The stand provides height adjustment, swivel and tilt. A VESA mount can be used if you remove the stand.
