Random performance reaches 200000 IOPS read and 645000 IOPS write.

M.2 2280 form factor with on-board data protection

The single-sided M.2 2280 module plugs directly into a compatible motherboard slot without cables or brackets. MEDS and fourth-generation LDPC ECC protect stored data, while end-to-end data path protection and global wear-levelling extend the drive’s 250TB written endurance. Idle power drops to .1W and active draw peaks at 7W with L1.2 support.
