Compact DC-to-ATX module for tight builds

The myVolts 300W unit converts a 12V DC source into standard ATX rails for Mini-ITX and 1U chassis. It targets embedded PCs, HTPC units, POS terminals and network appliances that run from an external adapter. Builders needing internal AC-DC conversion or redundant server supplies should look elsewhere.

300W continuous output with 85% efficiency

The board delivers up to 300W across ATX, SATA and auxiliary connectors while drawing a maximum of 25A from the 11.4-12.6V input. Industrial solid capacitors maintain stable voltage under load. Headroom disappears quickly with multiple drives or high-power add-in cards, so total system draw must stay well below the rating.

Fanless design runs 0-55°C at 85% efficiency

With no moving parts the module adds no acoustic noise; heat is dissipated through the 154 x 35 x 15mm PCB and case airflow. At full load the 15% loss appears as warmth, so enclosure ventilation matters. The unit is rated for 45-75% humidity in operation and survives -40 to 70°C in storage.
