Check your power supply connectors before ordering

Verify that the power supply you intend to test provides a 20 or 24 pin ATX connector plus the necessary 4 pin P4 6 pin PCI-Express or 8 pin dual-CPU plugs. The tester also accepts floppy HDD CDROM and SATA peripheral connectors for load testing. If your power supply lacks any of these interfaces the corresponding voltage rails cannot be evaluated. Ensure the power supply is disconnected from the motherboard before plugging it into the tester.

LCD display and audible alarm simplify fault finding
