This 256GB kit (four 64GB modules) is built for the Supermicro X14DBG-LC+ motherboard. DDR5-6400 (PC5-51200) Registered ECC RDIMMs with 4Rx4 organisation and CL52 timing match the board's memory controller expectations precisely. The modules operate at 1.1V and use the 288-pin RDIMM form factor required by this platform.
Registered architecture buffers address and command signals, reducing electrical load on the memory controller when all slots are populated. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing silent data corruption and unplanned reboots. The 1.1V operating voltage aligns with the DDR5 standard for server memory. No heat spreaders are fitted on these modules.
The kit provides four RDIMMs that must be installed following the motherboard's population rules for full-capacity operation. Consult the system manual for supported capacities and approved DIMM order before installation. This memory is not compatible with boards requiring UDIMM or SODIMM form factors, nor with platforms that do not support Registered ECC DDR5.
