This 384GB kit contains four 96GB DDR5 4800 registered DIMMs built for the Thinkmate GPX-QH12-12E4-2GPU GPU-optimised server. Each module runs at 1.10V with CL40 latency and 2Rx8 organisation. The registered design adds a buffer that stabilises heavy memory loads.

ECC and registered operation

Error-correcting code detects and corrects single-bit errors while the registered interface reduces electrical load on the server memory controller.
