DDR5 Registered Interface Limits

DDR5 5600 RDIMMs operate at 1.1V with a CL46 latency and 2Rx4 organisation. The registered buffer reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all slots to run fully populated at the rated 5600MT/s speed. ECC corrects single-bit errors but the interface does not support unbuffered or SODIMM form factors.
